At MSI Home Improvements we have a dedicated bathroom renovations crew that will provide you with quality service, reliability and workmanship. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get the job done right. Most jobs are a two man crew that can start and finish most bathroom renovations in 2 to 6 weeks depending on size and complexity of the work.

We do 90% of the work, from tear out, framing, insulation, cement work for concrete floor tear out (plumbing), drywall, shower pan, wall and floor tile work, niche install, trim installation, paint, door installation, exhaust fan install, vanity installation, shower glass door install (if not custom cut product required) etc... What we contract out is the electrical and major plumbing projects.

We can help you with the design and help you with product selection if required to get the job started and finished in a timely matter. Some costs applied to this service if required. Call or email us to find out more!

Prices vary, each job is unique! Typically our company costs to renovate a single bathroom starts at $15,500.00 and up to $50,000.00. For your complete quote contact us! Price includes electrical, plumbing, building material, glass shower door, shower tile, floor tile, framing, drywall, trim, paint, exhaust fan, new bathroom door (if required), shower pan kit, niche, and labour. Garage Bathroom! 

Just finished a cool idea! My clients needed another bathroom situated in a way that the kids and guests can play outside and use the pool without having to come in the house. For those of you that have a pool you know what I mean, the kids have to dry off walk in the house with a dripping bathing suit and whatever you do the house still gets messy. So my clients came up with a great idea to put a bathroom in their garage.
